#TITIKAXME | VICTORIA PANG

We are always encouraging our girls to be radicals and love their bodies. Healthy is an outfit that looks different on everybody, and at Titika, we want to celebrate that! In our next TITIKAxME blog, we traveled to Singapore to meet Victoria Pang, a student who is using her brain and brawn to accomplish her goals!

T Tell us a bit about yourself?

VP I'm Victoria Pang, I’m 22, and I'm from Singapore. I'm currently studying to be a chemist. Other than working out, I am also a foodie and I love cats!

T How do you stay fit/active?

VP I work out 4 times a week - 2 days strength trainings and 2 days HIIT. It's really quite hard to find time to work out amidst my hectic schedule, so I like to keep my workouts short, but effective.

T What has been the biggest challenge in your life?

VP I think the biggest challenge in my life is learning to love my body. When I was a teenager, I hated the way my body looked. So, I tried all sorts of ways to lose weight; except exercise. Ever since I found fitness, I have a newfound confidence because I know I've worked hard to earn my body.

T Who keeps you motivated?

VP Can I say myself? Haha. I feel motivation comes from within. Every day I want to be better than I was yesterday; getting stronger and leaner, and that keeps me going.

T Name a few things youre loving right now.

VP

 1) Pokemon Go - I swear that this game is the best way to encourage healthy living. I clocked like 30km in the first 4 days since the game was out in Singapore.

2) Sushi!!!

T Whats a typical day like for you?

VP My life is kind of boring. I wake up real early, get some school work done, head to school, stay in the lab for the entire day, rush home to squeeze in my work out for the day, watch some TV shows at night and go to sleep. Wow, that really sounds so boring!

T What do you do to unwind/destress?

VP Not trying to be politically correct here but... I work out!!! It really helps get the endorphins pumping. Other than that, I will pet my cat; his purring is therapeutic.

T It's Saturday night - Where are you? What are you doing?

VP I'm at the mall - either shopping, catching a movie or going out to the bar for some drinks with my friends.

Sizing Guide - ModelBUST 

Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust.  Wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.

 

WAIST

Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline. which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.

 

HIPS

Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks.

 

INSEAM

This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
