Our Story


Why we Design?

In 2009, Titika was born in Toronto to redefine activewear. We design to break free from the norms- the norm that activewear is not appropriate for the office, the norm that only certain body types look good in leggings; the norm that activewear should be safe, not sexy, edgy nor sophisticated.

We design because we want to make every woman feel and look fabulous. We work with the leading fabric technology companies to bring you innovative fabric and the highest quality in construction. We design so all T-Girls out there can live their most Versatile. Active. Life.


Titika is about women empowering women of any lifestyle. Going to the gym? No problem. Going out for drinks after work? We’ve got you. Sizing Guide - ModelBUST 

Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust.  Wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.



Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline. which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.



Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks.



This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
