SHIPPING IN CANADA AND US

All shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed in the checkout process. Please note that we only ship to PO Box addresses with Canada Post at this time.  We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, all international orders other than US must be placed through our Hong Kong website (titikaactive.hk). Please note we are not able to ship to Nunavut at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once an order has left Titika's warehouse and the delivery's tracking number begins to show progress, Titika is no longer responsible for the package as it is in the hands of the courier. Titika cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders, or any damages that may occur during delivery. For failed deliveries that are not picked up and sent back to our warehouse, Titika will cancel the order and refund the purchase excluding any returning shipping costs incurred. Titika cannot be held responsible for delivery attempts, failed deliveries or any other issues with the courier.

Please note that processing time is in addition to the shipping times indicated. Processing your order can take up to 3 business days. Orders are not processed over holidays or weekends.
